Week 1: Discovery & Governance
We map your AI tools, authentication method, data sensitivity and regulatory requirements. We prepare AI usage rules — what's allowed, what's not, and how to handle incidents.
Week 2: Secure Infrastructure
On your Azure subscription, we set up secure connectivity — your data never travels over the public internet. AI services are only accessible from your corporate network. Everything runs in your Azure, under your control.
Week 3: Gateway & Client Tools
We deploy the AI gateway with corporate account sign-in, set up models and budget limits. We set up Claude Code, web chat and other tools for your teams.
Week 4: Enrollment & Pilot
We enroll a pilot group, verify full solution functionality, set up monitoring and notifications. We hand over documentation and admin access. The gateway is live.
